Pay the setup fee difference only. Foundation to Core: £50. Foundation to Complete: £100. Core to Complete: £50.

After 12 months

Upgrading is completely free. New features activated the same day.

Every client receives a complimentary upgrade offer on their anniversary. Our thank you for staying.

Billing always starts on your go-live date — not the day you sign up.

On the day your account goes live — not the day you sign up or pay. You're not charged while we're still setting things up.

Cancel any time with no notice period and no penalties. Just send us a message. You have 30 days to export your data after cancellation. Your Google Drive, Calendar and Xero data is always yours and completely untouched.

No. If you can send a WhatsApp message you can use Steadmate. The whole setup happens on one call — we handle everything technically.

A smartphone with WhatsApp. Everything else we connect to what you already have — Google Calendar or Outlook, Gmail or Outlook, Xero or QuickBooks. If you don't have a calendar yet we set one up for free during onboarding. Sage integration coming soon.

The setup fee is a one-off payment that covers all the work to get your account built and live — your knowledge base, your integrations, your tone profile, your WhatsApp connection. The monthly fee then covers the ongoing service. Setup fees are non-refundable because the work happens before you go live.
